If natural teeth are still present or inflammatory conditions are detected in the oral cavity, these issues are addressed first and professional dental hygiene is performed. Teeth that cannot be preserved are removed as a separate procedure, based on the individual clinical situation and the approved treatment plan. Additional procedures such as bone grafting or sinus lift are performed only when there are clear clinical indications.
