Clear aligners are an orthodontic treatment method in which teeth are moved using a series of custom transparent trays. Each aligner applies controlled pressure to gradually reposition teeth and correct the bite. Treatment is performed under orthodontist supervision after full diagnostics.

How long does aligner treatment take?
Treatment duration depends on bite complexity and tooth position. On average it lasts 6–18 months. After diagnostics the orthodontist provides a predicted timeline for your specific case.
Are aligners visible during conversation?
Aligners are made from transparent material and fit tightly on the teeth, therefore in most situations they are barely noticeable even during speaking.
Is wearing aligners painful?
Aligners do not cause sharp pain. During the first 1–3 days after changing to a new tray you may feel pressure on the teeth. This is a normal reaction indicating tooth movement.
Can I eat with aligners?
No. Aligners must be removed before eating. After meals it is recommended to brush teeth or rinse the mouth before placing them back.
