- 04Alignment phaseTeeth gradually move into the correct position. You visit the clinic approximately every 4–8 weeks, where the orthodontist adjusts the archwires and monitors the bite and comfort.

On average, treatment takes 12–24 months. The exact duration depends on the complexity of the bite, tooth position and how consistently the patient follows the doctor’s recommendations.
Is it painful to get braces?
Placing braces is not painful. After the procedure you may feel pressure or mild discomfort for 2–3 days — this is a normal reaction and it resolves on its own.
Which braces are better — metal or ceramic?

Will braces be visible when I talk?
