Wear & care

Follow the wear schedule (often 14-16 h/day for plates; arches are fixed).
Store removable appliances in a case; avoid hot water.
Brush with mild soap; cleaning tablets by dentist’s advice.
Avoid sticky/very hard foods with fixed arches; call us if anything debonds.
