Pain, trauma, lost filling - fast and gentle.

Emergency care for kids

We see your child the same day: stop pain, replace a filling, assess trauma and provide a clear follow-up plan - with a calm, child-friendly approach.

What we do during an emergency visit

  • Rapid assessment; targeted RVG X-ray if indicated.
  • Anesthesia (topical/block/STA) only when needed.
  • Temporary or definitive filling / chip repair.
  • Pain relief: pulp medication, inflammation control.
  • Trauma assessment (luxation/fracture) and stabilization.
  • Sedation available; behavior guidance (tell–show–do).

Why timing matters

  • Prevents complications (pulpitis, periodontitis, soft-tissue infection).
  • Preserves space for permanent teeth and supports proper growth.
  • Reduces stress thanks to gentle protocols and adaptation.

FAQ

What if a permanent tooth is knocked out?
Hold by the crown (not the root), rinse with milk/saline, reinsert if possible or store in milk/saline and come immediately (within 60 min). Do NOT replant primary teeth.
How to reduce fear?
Avoid “shots” talk; say “the doctor will check and help,” bring a favorite toy, come with a trusted adult.
Is sedation often necessary?
Rarely. Used for severe anxiety or large volumes. We follow safety protocols with an anesthesiologist.
When to replace a temporary filling?
Usually within 1–3 weeks. We’ll set a specific deadline in your plan.
