Is it painful?
Usually no. For sensitivity we use warm irrigation, adjust power, or apply local anesthesia.
How long does it take?
Typically 30-90 minutes depending on deposit amount and appliances.
Any restrictions after?
Avoid strong dyes for 2-3 hours (coffee, red wine, berries). Then resume routine care.
How often should I repeat it?
Every 6 months; with orthodontics or periodontal risks — every 3-4 months.
Will I feel sensitivity?
Mild short-term sensitivity is possible. We can apply fluoride varnish and advise a sensitive-care toothpaste.
