Steps

    Microsutures or coagulation; exercise instructions.
  5. Review
    Check in 7–10 days; suture removal if indicated.

Indications

Aftercare

  • Cold packs 10–15 min on/off in first hours.
  • Avoid hot/spicy/crusty foods for 24–48 h.
  • Hygiene: gentle brushing; antiseptic applications as directed.
  • Start myofunctional exercises day 2–3 as instructed.
  • If bleeding/pain increases — contact us promptly.
