Aftercare
- Avoid hard foods/strong dyes for 2–3 hours.
- Home care: soft brush, daily floss/interdental aids; low-abrasive toothpaste.
- If bite feels high or sensitivity persists — come for an adjustment.
- Professional hygiene: every 6 months if you have no braces/implants and gums are healthy.
- Every 3–4 months if you wear braces/aligners; have implants/crowns/bridges; gum inflammation/periodontitis; diabetes; smoking; frequent new cavities.
